HOMES KEPT IN FOR-SALE CONDITION

Verve transforms your home into a hotel-quality stay, expertly furnishing and designing each property to cater to the needs of our high-end corporate clientele. Combined with our meticulous ongoing property care, your home is preserved in for-sale condition.

In the process, we share beautiful professional photographs and immersive 360 walk-through tours with you that can be leveraged to maximize your home’s selling prospects and for-sale value.

COMPLIANCE EXPERTISE

We are experts in short-term rental regulations. Should your home be located in an area with a short-term rental ordinance, we will make the process completely painless. Verve will apply for a short-term rental license (which would permit your property to host stays less than 30 days), and will handle all fees and renewals.

24/7 SECURITY & MONITORING

Verve is committed to protecting your home, and safeguarding the experience of our corporate guests. Our 24-7 property monitoring includes the installation of ring cameras at critical points of entry, and a noise detection system that automatically reports elevated noise events. We equip all properties with a comprehensive alarm system that includes an on-call ADT Alarm Response Team to conduct property checks upon request.
